Well, I know it's kinda cliche to do a blogpost about the chalet, but I just feel that it's a little too much over 140 characters for me to tweet about it and I just show you guys and thank y'all for this amazing 3 days.
Well initially Shiona Jac and I were a lil skeptical about the chalet, like we were so afraid it'll turn out like the 2nd one again and we didn't wana expect much from it to avoid disappointment. So we tried our best to make it fun, and meaningful, like buying the Jelly Beans and making the tag. But damn were wrong, cause we had so much of fun the first night alone! You know what's the best part? There was nothing to distract us. We didn't bring the Wii, the tv had stupid channels, and so all this just leaves us with no choice but to have fun together the old fashioned way. There was no drama like the previous chalet, and there were no segregation of cliques. That night really gave me a sense of warmth and like I could be truly honest about anything cause I felt so comfortable with all of you that night. Yea, we all drank after, but there was nothing bad about it like all the previous times, it just made us happier. And I ain't gona lie or deny, that was the first time I have ever gotten high, like seriously. Sorry if I was annoying or wtv HAHA. Don't wana go too deep into that night but it was really fun, from Beer Pong to the Carnival Game, to Jelly Beans and to Blackjack. Omg and to Dai Di ( is that how you spell it? ) I swear Luke and Jai are the most annoying to play with, but, they're the most funny and best of the best to play with 😂
Then, came the 2nd day. I really like that we did separate activities during the day. Because, for once we segregated not cause we were unhappy or anything, but just because simply because we felt like cycling. How I was given some girl time and y'all had some boy time felt good actually, somehow. Bla bla bla, and it was night again. truthfully I truly appreciate the fact that Tau and Mithe actually came. Although you knew that there were conflicts and all and that it may have been awkward, you two still took the initiative to come all the way down, from camp even, sacrificing sleep, really shows us how much you both care and cherish it. The tag really changed my perspective towards Tau, it opened up my eyes and made me forgive him. Don't feel like we were all attacking you aite, we just felt that it was a must to clear this up cause we didn't wana hold on to any grudges. Don't you think that tag kinda brought us all closer? Somehow?
Yap, then it was all back to fun. I love love love how we played Indian Poker and the forfeit was not to drink, or to make out with somehow and all that shit. Instead we did stuffs like switching clothes, wearing your underwear out and it was just really funny and we were all so spontaneous throughout. Def the most fun I had throughout the entire chalet.
Ok anyways, my point is, this chalet was def not what i expected cause I didn't know that I would have had that much fun and I'm so stupid to have doubted it. I know, we already are a family, but this chalet made me believe in it. The fact that it was a small group of us gave us the opportunity to have a strong foundation to maintain this family of ours. And thanx Nadia Kulvin and Char to have dropped by, that too shows a lot about how much you care and i appreciate that :) lastly, I wish that all of us can just thank Shiona. I mean I don't think any of us would spend $150 of like their own money just to cover up for food expenditure, she went all the way down to town alone to get those jelly beans, and she thought of the tag questions. So yea (: thank you Shiona ❤️ I know how the first chalet was amazing and all, but as of now, this chalet definitely tops them all. I love you guys so much ❤️
